The HOA is still alive!!

As many SLH residents know, the HOA has been involved in litigation for the last 3 years. There was a recent ruling by the Court which was specific to one property in SLH, but has some implications regarding the operations of the HOA going forward.

The regularly scheduled semi-annual meeting of the HOA has been set for Saturday, November 19 at 8:30 AM at the Holiday Inn Universal on Kirkman Road. During this meeting Election of the 2012 Board and Approval of the 2012 Operating Budget will be voted upon. If you are unable to attend the meeting you can still vote by proxy.
