The HOA is still alive
and still working for
the betterment of Sand Lake Hills!
- The HOA is holding a General Meeting on Tuesday,
May 15, 2012 at 7:00 PM at the Holiday Inn Hotel at the Main Entrance
to Universal Orlando, 5905 South Kirkman Road, Orlando, FL 32819. The Board and Board invited
guests or speakers as well as other property owners in Sand Lake
Hills, may attend the meeting but only members in good standing on
record prior to this meeting notice and proxy mailing date of May 1,
2012, are entitled to vote at the meeting. Submit your
electronic proxy by clicking on the VOTE button at the top right of
this page. A PDF meeting
notice/proxy file will open, enter your user ID and password to validate
your proxy then submit your proxy which will allow the Board to
conduct business at the meeting.
- The HOA is still
maintaining the cul-de-sacs and entrances with
watering, cutting, weeding, and pest controlling.
- The HOA is still
lighting the entrances, still up keeping the
plantings and signs, and still
insuring the wall, so it will be repaired at no cost
to the residents, should there be a need for repair.
- The HOA is still
paying for an off-duty Sheriff Officer to patrol the
community which has made Sand Lake Hills one of the safest
neighborhoods in Zone 30.
